THE ONGOING RELATIONSHIP
Production Retainer
I show up every week, produce the episode, and get out of the way. A 45-minute call, fast post, clean output. No agency overhead, no check-ins that exist to justify the invoice, no scope creep. You handle your guests and your calendar. I handle everything that requires 14 years to do quickly and well.
Weekly 45-minute production call
Full episode edit, audio and video
Show notes and social assets included
IF YOU WANT TO LEARN TO DO IT YOURSELF
Capacity Building
Five structured sessions over six to eight weeks. You do the work — I push you through it, tell you when something isn't landing, and redirect you before you go too far down the wrong road. By the end you have a real episode in the world and the skills to keep making them. I've been teaching podcasting at NYU since 2016. I know how to get someone from "I have an idea" to "I have a show."
Session 1: Show concept and audience clarity
Session 2: Format and structure
Session 3: Hosting and interviewing
Session 4: Production workflow and tools
